We are Moving to an Open Journal System-Based Publishing Platform for PJN

Policy Statement
This manual constitutes PJN's consolidated editorial and publication policy framework. The Editorial Board reviews these policies at least annually, and earlier when material changes occur in recognized guidance from ICMJE, COPE, or WAME, applicable laws or regulations, publishing technologies, indexing requirements, or journal operations. Revisions are formally approved through PJN's governance process, version-dated, and communicated transparently to authors, reviewers, and editors.
PJN monitors quality-related indicators, including peer-review turnaround times, indexing status, and other relevant journal metrics, to inform ongoing improvement of its editorial processes and policies.
1. Scope and Applicability
