Copyright Clearance

The Philippine Journal of Nursing (PJN) publishes articles under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. Authors retain copyright in their published work.

Commercial reuse that falls outside the scope of this license may require separate authorization from the relevant copyright holder. Requests to reproduce, translate, or otherwise use PJN-published material for commercial purposes must be submitted through the PJN Permission Request Form.

Requests will be reviewed by the PJN Editorial Office, which will coordinate with the copyright holder as necessary. Applicable permission fees will be determined according to the journal’s approved fee schedule. Written authorization must be obtained before undertaking any use that requires separate permission.

Uses permitted under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license do not require additional permission or payment solely because the material is being reused in accordance with the license.

For details on the clearance procedure, fee schedule, and conditions of reuse, please consult the Complete PJN Copyright Clearance Guideline.
